Englobe Appoints Sylvain Métivier as New CFO

Englobe is pleased to announce the appointment of Sylvain Métivier as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer effective November 13, 2023.  

 

“Sylvain brings a wealth of experience from his tenures at Deloitte and most recently at EXFO, where he also served as CFO. His expertise will undoubtedly contribute to our success, reflecting our commitment to strong financial governance and sustainable shareholder value," said Englobe Co-President Mike Cormier. 

 

Sylvain succeeds Denis Pellerin, who is retiring at year-end after a distinguished 40-year career in finance. Denis has been a key player in Englobe's growth since 2019, notably through his dedicated efforts to safeguard Englobe’s financial health during the COVID-19 pandemic. His contributions, particularly in strategic initiatives such as the deployment of a new ERP system, have left an indelible mark on our company.
