At Englobe, leaving a sustainable legacy for the next generation is at the heart of everything we do. We dare to imagine a better future and to make every action count. Through our caring, we are helping to build stronger communities and positive impacts for our clients, our people, and the planet, one project at a time.

Since our inception, we have been deeply committed to sustainability and to leaving a strong legacy for future generations, with kindness, transparency and integrity. Our ESG promise is not limited to sustainability, it also reflects one of our core values: radical caring. We believe in contributing to positive change in the community, for our employees, and for the environment.

While our focus has always been on sustainability, we are now crafting a more structured approach to maximizing our impact. This includes reassessing our collective impact and strengthening our environmental management, while gearing all our services and partnerships towards sustainability.

We are proud to be a member of the United Nations Global Compact, an affiliation that guides our embrace of sustainability across all projects. Our ESG approach, structured around five pillars, enables us to contribute significantly to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). 

Our employees’ individual actions to make an impactful difference are a source of tremendous pride and inspiration. They also drive our collective desire to help our communities, their people and their organizations through concerted actions, volunteering for meaningful causes, and fundraising.   

Last year, Englobe supported over 200 organizations, events, and charities across Canada helping to deliver important programming and support services that make a difference. Looking to maximize the impact of every dollar, we work hard to build local connections and use our caring presence to uplift, educate and support people in need in our communities.    

At Englobe, we believe in the power of small and large gestures made every day. To echo our resolutions, we created the Englobe Awards to celebrate our colleagues who dare to make a difference. Moved by the community, they make a difference every day and embody our values.

The first Inspiration-ELLE award

In order to become a more diverse and inclusive company, we have launched the first edition of the Inspiration-ELLE award. It recognizes the work of an inspiring woman who leads with integrity and empathy and represents excellence in her field.

Dare.Care.Change Award 

Connected to our values, this award recognizes employees who dare to do things differently, take concrete actions to demonstrate radical caring for colleagues, clients and community, and who make significant positive contributions to team spirit, social initiative, diversity & inclusion, sustainability, innovation or succession/next generation.
